I am an avid maker of chicken wings and have cooked and
blogged about Defcon Sauces. This fine New Jersey

My family loved the
spices but asked for more heat, so my next Defcon purchase at the 2015 NYC Hot
Sauce Expo was Defcon Defense Condition #2 Medium Wing Sauce. Defense Condition
#2 proved to be a bit hotter on the heat scale, and loved by all at a family

not contain MSG, and is gluten free. I highly recommend this sauce from my
favorite locally based wing sauce company.
